Selina has over 25 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, working in salons on the South Coast and abroad. She also spent 10 years teaching hairdressing at a local college. In 2015, she founded The Salon Company, a busy, professional salon with a welcoming atmosphere. Selina is proud of her team and is committed to providing high-quality services where every client feels comfortable and at home.
Julie has over 30 years of experience in the hairdressing industry, with clients who have been coming to her since the start of her career. She is one popular lady!

As our Salon Manager and Lead Beauty Therapist, Hollie brings over 8 years of experience and a genuine passion for making every client look and feel their best. When she’s not busy running the salon, Hollie loves tailoring bespoke facials to support healthy, glowing skin, as well as providing relaxing massages to melt away the stresses of everyday life. Perfecting brows and occasion makeup is also one of Hollie’s specialities. Whether you’re looking for some well-deserved pampering, beautifully defined brows or flawless makeup for a special occasion, Hollie is here to help you feel your absolute best.
As our Lead Stylist, Sarah brings an incredible 40 years of experience to the salon. With many clients becoming like family over the years, she’s known for her warmth, speed and expertise.
Sarah is our curly hair expert and perming queen, with a talent for creating beautiful curls and movement on hair of all lengths. She’s fast but thorough, making her the perfect stylist for those who want great hair without spending hours in the chair!
With over 15 years’ experience in the hairdressing industry, Yasmin specialises in creative colour and complete colour transformations. She loves creating bright, vibrant, bespoke looks tailored to each client.
Yasmin is also our hair extension expert, specialising in Tape and I-Tip Nano extensions for seamless length, volume and beautiful results.
Our new talent stylist Heidi completed her level 2 hairdressing in 2025. Heidi has been with The Salon Company since she left school in 2023 and has worked so hard towards her career in hairdressing. Heidi loves creating beautiful balayages, lived in blondes and ultra blonde looks, her attention to detail and artistic flair always gives her clients the perfect look.
