We reserve your appointment time exclusively for you, which means we can’t offer that slot to anyone else.

We require 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

Less than 24 hours given: 50% charge.
No-show: 100% charge.
Multiple late cancellations: 50% deposit required for future bookings

Outstanding charges must be settled before rebooking.
